Difficulty to travel to the north pole these days?. Don´t worry, Santa has a Suite at Fairmont Mayakoba.
Early this year, Santa knew that it would be challenging to stay at the north pole, and he decided to have a Santa Suite at Fairmont Mayakoba for all the families that visit this season.
Where is the Santa Suite.?
This year the Santa Suite is located by the beach next to Brisas Restaurant.
How Much does it cost to visit the Santa Suite?
The Santa Suite at Fairmont Mayakoba is free for anyone to visit. There are no pro photographer fees if you want a photo taken.
However, we have a Santa Box next to the Suite for any donation after visiting the Suite. We care for the most vulnerable, and we know that this year has been one of the most challenging years for many families, and we don´t stop finding new ways to support them.
Join us on this initiative. All the money raised will be used to buy toys and clothes for all the people in need. On December 25, we will visit all the families of a local community, and we will surprise them with lots of presents.
Is there another way to support the local communities.?
Another way to support this initiative is by using the extra space left in your luggage to bring an item. All items collected will be given to all the families on December 25. Guests are welcome to go with us on that day to experience such a beautiful moment.
Am I going to see Santa.?
Absolutely YES, Santa comes and stays a few hours with us. He rests in the Santa Suite one evening and you will get to take pictures with him.

What to expect during the month of December at Fairmont Mayakoba.?
Shop for holiday gifts on 5th Avenue in downtown Playa del Carmen.
