You and your registered guests are entitled to Food & Beverage, Spa, and Store discounts, as detailed below, as part of the Destinations Travel Program.

Food & Beverage

You and your registered guests are entitled to a 50% discount on all food and beverages in any of our restaurants and bars such as Las Brisas, El Puerto, Lobby Lounge, Pool Bar Las Olas and IRD. The 50% discount doesn´t apply at Café Maya. Reservations are required for dinner at any of our restaurants; please contact Concierge Desk to make your reservation.

Please note that gratuities are not discounted and should be calculated on the full amount of the bill before discount.           

Spa

You are entitled to a 20% discount on services and retail products at Willow Stream Spa, and your registered guests are entitled to a 15% discount. You may make your booking directly with the spa by contacting the Concierge Desk.

Stores

You and your registered guests are entitled to a 20 % discount on most regularly priced retail products at The Fairmont Store such as clothing, handcrafts and souvenirs and also a 10% discount on jewelry.  This discount excludes calling card, books, magazines, perfumes, pharmacy and stamps.  The store is located at the main building in front of El Puerto Restaurant.

To obtain the Food & Beverage, Spa, and Store discounts, please advise the service provider at the time of order that you are staying at the hotel on the Destinations Travel Program.  Your discount will be applied at the point of sale only; please make certain that your discount has been applied before you leave the service area to ensure a smooth check-out.

There is a $1 usd dollar access charge for each local, operator assisted, third party billing and toll-free call. All local numbers are within the area code (984). USA Toll-Free numbers are not free of charge when calling from Mexico, but can be reached at the international calling rates.
