THE FAIRMONT MAYAKOBA
BEACH PROMISE
Because your escape to paradise should come with peace of mind.
Rest assured, sargassum won’t be an issue during your time at Fairmont Mayakoba.
If you encounter sargassum on our beach, we’ll gift you one complimentary night on your next visit, in the same room category originally reserved.
Valid from September 14 through December 20, 2026.
Not applicable to groups, buyouts, or during high-season dates. Subject to availability. Cannot be combined with other promotions. Terms and conditions apply.
Sargassum Consideration:
Sargassum conditions will only be considered when there is a substantial accumulation that limits beach enjoyment or prevents ocean access. Minor amounts of sargassum or isolated pieces on the beach do not qualify.
