Hurricane Beryl

 

According to information issued by the National Meteorological Service (SMN), we remain under a Green Alert (phase 2 out of 5) due to the imminent approach of Hurricane Beryl, currently categorized as a Category 4 hurricane.

We strongly advise you to make travel arrangements out of the state of Quintana Roo. There will be no charges for unused nights, which can be used for future stays. If your reservation was made through a travel agency, please contact them directly to facilitate your early departure.

We inform you about what will be happening in the coming days:

  • Tomorrow, Thursday, July 4th at 1:00 PM, we will close our restaurants and bars. The only restaurants available tomorrow will be La Laguna Laguna (From 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM) and Hix (From 11:30 to 1:00 PM). We will have in-room dining service available until 1:00 PM. Our service will only be available in the Convention Center, which will be used as a shelter.
  • Guests remaining on the property will be evacuated, as they will not be able to stay in their rooms due to safety concerns.
  • Possible disruptions to electricity and water services during the hurricane.

Closure of airports and bus stations. Rest assured that we are closely monitoring the situation and taking all necessary precautions. We will continue to provide regular updates at 11 AM, 4 PM, and 7 PM in the upcoming days. Our team is fully prepared to handle any potential outcomes and is committed to providing you with the highest level of care.
