Resort Experience Fee
For the convenience of our guests, we have combined our most popular amenities and activities into a comprehensive resort fee priced at USD $35 per adult per night. This includes access to a wide range of amenities and activities that immerse you in the best of the Riviera Maya and Mexican culture.
*Starting November 1st 2025, our resort fee price will be 38 USD, kindly note that reservations made before this time will be honored at the previous resort fee rate.

- Free access to the Kids’ Club for children aged 5 to 11. Choose between three free hours per day or supervised access to the game room from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily.
