In May 2020, Accor announced an innovative strategic partnership with AXA, a global leader in insurance and assistance, to provide medical support to guests across the 5,000 Accor hotels worldwide, starting in July 2020. 

The health, welfare and peace of mind of our guests are a top priority when they stay with us. Thanks to the expert medical solutions of AXA, a worldwide leader in insurance and assistance, every guest staying at an Accor establishment can request medical advice and consult certified professionals by phone or during a face-to-face appointment. 

No matter where you stay, how you booked or if you are part of our loyalty program; if you are staying with us, we’re here to ensure your safety and well-being. 

We are offering 2 complementary services of medical assistance, for non-urgent medical situations.

FREE TELEPHONE CONSULTATION

This service can apply to any non-urgent medical need and is particularly suitable for COVID-19 suspicions as it allows you  to receive medical advice without leaving the comfort of your room. 

How does it work? 

  • If you are staying at our property, you can give your consent to use the service, and your mobile phone number to be called back 
  • We will forward this consent to AXA to activate the service 
  • You will be called back by a General Practitioner, in English of French, directly on your mobile phone
  • In most countries, if necessary, the General Practitioner can deliver a prescription, sent to the nearest pharmacy or to your private email.​ 

The service is free for the guest and for the hotel.

AXA MEDICAL NETWORK

If you prefers to get a face-to-face appointment, we can use the  ​​​AXA medical network​ application to easily send a list of certified professionals to match the guest’s needs in terms of medical specialty, desired language, opening days and type of service. 

How does it work? 

​You  can ask the front office team to look for a specific medical specialty, or for a professional speaking a specific language ​

The front office team uses  ​Axa medical network application to look for the best medical recommendations to answer your needs, and sends them via email to you.
