If you want to stay fit, select our healthy options: the organic farmer vegetables with ponzu, sesame oil, and homemade tajin, a papaya salad with fresh avocado, jicama, macadamia, mint, and purslane, or a tasty vegan wrap with Sikil-Pak, roasted red pepper, fresh cheese, spinach, and balsamic vinaigrette.
For heavy bites: enjoy traditional guacamole with a trio of dips and totopos, or a serrano ham ciabatta with sun-dried tomatoes, manchego cheese, and arugula, or
For seafood lovers, oysters with mango, macha sauce, miñonet, and lemon are a great choice or our famous sushi rolls; the spicy tuna with tobiko, scallions, avocado, cucumber, spicy mayo, and sriracha or favorite California with crab meat, avocado, cucumber, scallion, togarashi mayo, sesame seed, serrano, and Japanese mayo.

If you are a dessert person, the Tres Leches is the best! Vanilla sponge, with coconut whipped cream, soursop ice cream, and pepita crumbles!
