Oregano Orejón

Lemongrass

Stimulates digestion, relieves headaches and muscle aches help relieve colds since it reduces fever and discomfort such as cough. Combine it with chamomile; drink in hot or cold tea depending on the condition. For respiratory problems take it hot, for other different conditions, take it cold, and sweetened with honey.

Peppermint

Rich in vitamins and minerals. Use it fresh or dry in different culinary and medicinal preparations. Relieves menstrual cramps and stomach pain. It is a powerful antiseptic. Planting epazote is easy, just put the seeds in a container with soil and water regularly. For the stews, the leaves and stem are used, for an infusion to use 3 to 5 leaves in 2 cups of water. Take it warm or hot.

Ruda

How to sprout?
