• The discount is calculated based on the room rate at time of reservation.
• This promotion does not apply to group bookings, special events or tournaments.
• A one (1) night non-refundable deposit will be charged one (1) day after booking. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable in case of cancellation or modification of your reservation.
• Additional Fees:
  • 21% tax on room rate
  • Resort Experience Fee – USD $35 per night (for each guest 18+)
  • Environmental Tax Fee – MXN $32.57 per room per night
